I started my hospitality career twelve years ago, I was only seventeen when I got behind the bar and started looking after guests and more importantly making great cocktails.
Three years later I decided to travel the world and expand my knowledge further. I have been lucky enough to visit so many different countries, learning new cultures, skills and gaining experience in each one.
After making many happy memories in Cyprus, The Bahamas, Florida, Miami, West Palm Beach, Rhode Island & New York plus a stint on the Carnival Cruise Lines. I ended up in England four years ago and made it my home.
During each of these parts of my life I trained in various places from famous clubs to beach bars and high end restaurants.
For the last four years I have been working at The Gatsby, managing a thriving cocktail bar for two years before taking the reins of their 2 rosette award restaurant delivering high standard service. It has given me the opportunity to hone my craft, experiment with a vast amount of spirits and create some amazing cocktails.
Why I have decided to bring The Cocktail Broker to life?!
Because I love to make cocktails and look after people. I have learned so much through my travels and I want to share it all with you, your family & your friends.
